Cancellation Policy
I truly value your time and I do my best to give each guest the care and attention they deserve. To make sure I can honor both your time and mine, I kindly ask:
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment.
Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service fee.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Life happens—please let me know if you’re running behind. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service to fit the time available or reschedule with the fee applied.
Please come to your appointment unaccompanied, as my salon suite cannot accommodate additional guests or children.
My goal is for you to leave feeling amazing. If you need a small tweak to your cut or color, please reach out within 7 days.
Adjustments are complimentary if they’re about refining the look we agreed on. If you decide on a new direction, it will be booked as a new service.
